Breakouts for Sep 27th: The first pick, CDIS, inched over resistance on heavier volume in the absence of stock related news. On balance volume and MACD have moved to new highs, confirming strength in the rally. The stock is in the latter stages of its rally, so price targets should be set at psychological resistance, the first on will be at $40. The second pick, TRGL, announced plans on Thurday to increase capital expenditure, and released an 8-K earlier Friday. The bullish ascending triangle, with notably buying spikes, broke on a (bullish) three white soldier sequence (three days of higher opens and higher closes). The best way to buy this stock is to take a small position off Monday's open and add to it using GTC buy orders at the open and close price at the second of the three white candlesticks. Place stops below the rising blue hashed line. The third pick, FOSL, broke a tight 6-week congestion on heavier volume featuring on Yahoo's In Play. There was no stock related news to account for the breakout. Like the previous 2 selections, the stock is in the latter stages of a rally. Best played by buying a position on the open and add to a position using GTC orders set some 5-20 cents above support.
