Breakouts for Sep 13th: The first pick, FHRX, sits just shy of a new higher close. On-balance volume has already moved to new 6-month highs. There was no stock specific news to account for the week long rally. A sharper stop could be placed just below support with GTC orders around $18.15 to catch any pullback from here. The second pick, MOBI, made a solid break on the release of its annual report as it develops the right-hand-side of a new base. The current price looks too extended to be buying given the distance to the stop. Alternative strategies are to place stops below a 72% retracement of Friday's white body and/or place GTC buy orders on a 38-62% retracement of the white body. Given Friday's buying volume there is a strong chance for a gap open on Monday - any weakness off this gap should be viewed as bearish. MACD and on-balance volume are very strong and the former gap breakdown will be a vacuum to suck prices up. The third pick, SWKS, is also building a RHS base, but looks better value on a risk:reward basis. It too has a breakdown gap to close. Technicals are not as strong as MOBI's but still have room to move to overbought levels.
