Breakouts for Sep 10th: The first pick, OS, is currently listed on my stockchart public list. The stock benefited from positive news from Nucor. The steel sector has been a real winner of late, but given the OS rally started from $2.00 there is likely few new buyers out there - just momentum players. Keep stops tight on this, run them along one or other of the ascending blue hashed lines illustrated in my chart. The second pick, CAND, first featured as a breakout on June 17th and has made a secondary breakout following a 3-month consolidation. The stock has benefited from some recent strength in its sector, including a return to profitability. Although the initial play was stopped out, there should be a good chance this time for the stock to succeed. Run stops along the rising trendline. The third pick, CBRL, is working its way through a base. Today's action was driven by positive earnings which should provide some upside momentum for the stock.
