Breakouts for October 26th: The first pick, YUM, was a Subscriber pick for October 9th. Thursday's break was a follow through to earnings released on October 8th, although its recent promotion may have attracted some. Volume was tepid and this should be watched over the coming days, although gains were enough to warrant a rise in the stop price. Technicals continue to post strong gains - handily supporting price. The stock still holds to the October 8th an ascending triple top breakout with target of $50. The second pick, COPY, is a high risk OTC BB play. Its low price and liquidity leaves it open to easy manipulation. Thursday's break of declining resistance followed a combined positive test of the "Golden Cross" and 50-day / 200-day MAs. Technicals also moved in favor of Thursday's move with a fresh MACD trigger 'buy' and positive backtest of bullish mid-line support of stochastics. The point-n-figure chart is of little help with key resistance around $1.25. The lack of news from the company is another concern which could dampen any buying enthusiasm. One to watch at least. The third pick, RNOW, was a true volume and price breakout after the stock was upgraded by analysts following earnings. Should market weakness deepen over the next few days it may be possible to get fills around $17.17 support. Technicals are led by the fresh MACD trigger line 'buy' above the bullish zero line and the sharp advance in accumulation (as measured by on-balance-volume) - albeit from low levels. Thursday saw an ascending triple top breakout on the point-n-figure chart with a price target of $24.50. Major resistance can be found at $20, but there should be enough enthusiasm to see a measured move target of $30 tested.

For those who prefer to set their own price targets the table opposite represents the frequency for a given % return (taken from maximum highs) assuming a fill at at the stated "Buy" price on the open (i.e. the prior days close). The return per trade from 5% risk is typical of what my subscribers can expect from their picks. The return per trade from 10% risk is what one can expect from my free stock picks. Returns will be higher on fills below my "Buy" price

96% of featured stocks turn a profit greater than or equal to break even, assuming a fill at the prior day's close. 91% of featured stocks return a profit of 1% or more assuming a fill at the prior's day close; 78% of picks return a profit of 2% or more. 92% of featured plays are completed within a 6-month time frame. Stocks which are still in play beyond 6-months are usually experiencing strong rallies. Returns will be higher on fills below my "Buy" price
