Breakouts for Nov 30th: The first pick, CGIH, was a gold member play on Sep 7th. The stock has broken important weekly resistance, suggesting a price target around $7.50 as per base projections. The stock is exhibiting good technical strength, with new highs in its MACD and on-balance-volume. A subsidiary of the company was awarded Mid-size company of the year in North Carolina. The second pick, LENSE, has an overextended daily chart, favoring the use of GTC orders in the area illustrated on the chart, but a deeply oversold weekly chart, making it a good long term play. The company is dealing with potential delisting from the NASDAQ, so all is not rosy on the news front. However, it does have a very strong MACD, with on-balance volume favoring the bulls. A sleeper play. The third pick, XING, is building out of a 5-month base. The stock broke near term resistance on a modest volume spike which coincided with breakouts in the MACD trigger line and on-balance volume. Slow stochastics has only recently turned in favor of the bulls, but look to this to remain overbought as the rally builds steam. After hours trading showed weakness and news is to be released premarket tomorrow. Likely to gap - but should it gap up then look to pullbacks to buy. Patient buyers may be able to get a fill around $10.50.
