Breakouts for Mar 2nd: The first pick, CBRL, first featured as a breakout for September 10th. I have raised the stop price to account for the latest consolidation breakout. The stock closed at new highs as the company released mixed February same-store sales. Technicals continue to improve, although on-balance-volume has yet to confirm the break of price. Point-n-figure chart will mark a double top breakout on a move to $44 and shows a bullish price objective of $70. I have set a preliminary price target of $50 and would reassess at that point. The second pick, IMN, featured as a breakout play for January 26th. The stock on February 10th revised Q4 profit to a loss after recording a $13m tax expense, this knocked the price back temporarily before triggering a rally to today's close. The stock closed over the 200-day moving average on modest volume. Technicals continue to maintain strength, the MACD trigger line may be on a 'sell' signal but it is well above the bullish zero line. Slow stochastics are overbought - implying strong bullish momentum, and on-balance-volume sits just shy of a break of resistance. The point-n-figure chart shows trendline resistance at $38 (corresponds to resistance on the daily chart so resistance should be significant here) with a projected price target of $44.00. The third pick, WIND, moved big on Q4 earnings. GTC buy orders between $14.65 and $14.95 should be good to take advantage of early morning weakness but maintain stops on a loss of $14.00. Excellent technical strength supported by new highs in on-balance-volume and a new uptrend in the MACD trigger line. Today marked a triple top breakout on point-n-figure chart with a projected price target of $25.00. I have set a price target closer to 2001 resistance at $20.
