Breakouts for July 13th : The first pick, PMU, initially featured as a Breakout for June 21st. Thursday's close may have completed a short term bull flag and is a good opportunity to raise the stop from the original position. I have raised the price target in line with a measured move from the length of the May-July rally. There has been no news from the company since April so the advance should be assumed to be sector related. Technicals are led by the sharp gains in the MACD trigger line, but other indicators are all bullish. The point-n-figure chart is still on its November 30th bullish triangle breakout, but is neutral for a price target. The second pick, SAFM, is on its fourth Breakout feature, riding a long term trend connecting March-June lows. Bullish trend strength is incredibly high [ADX > 50] and rising, aided by the fresh MACD trigger 'buy' which is well above the bullish zero line. On-balance-volume also follows with a steady accumulation trend. Potential avian flu concerns don't look to have hurt performance. June 27th saw a double top breakout and a price target of $55, which is in line with the price target I have chosen. The third pick, ACO, was a Subscriber pick for June 27th. The stock built on the break of 2-month base by consolidating into a narrow range defined by $27.07 and $28.34 - Thursday's break cleared this small consolidation allowing for a newly raised stop price. Technicals have remained in support of the trend with gains in bullish trend strength [+DI; ADX > 20 and rising] and the MACD trigger line. The point-n-figure chart remains stuck on its earlier bear target of $17 from which a move to $31 would be necessary to negate. Prospects.

For those who prefer to set their own price targets the table opposite represents the frequency for a given % return (taken from maximum highs) assuming a fill at at the stated "Buy" price on the open (i.e. the prior days close). The return per trade from 5% risk is typical of what my subscribers can expect from their picks. The return per trade from 10% risk is what one can expect from my free stock picks. Returns will be higher on fills below my "Buy" price
