The point-n-figure chart shows a triple-top-breakout but has no price target. Therefore, one should look to psychological resistance at $20 as the first target. Excellent technical strength led by a breakout in on-balance-volume and a bullish crossover in the MACD trigger line. Slow stochastics at overbought levels confirm strong bullish momentum. The third pick is STA, broke from an 8-week consolidation on heavy volume even as the stock reported a 38% drop in Q4 profits. The company also appointed a new COO which helped drive prices past resistance. Not shown is the convergence of the 50- and 200-day moving average which should mark strong support around $37.00. Technicals are also strong; on-balance-volume breakout, a bullish MACD trigger line 'buy', and a rising slow stochastic should contribute to a future upward price drive. The point-n-figure target is $53.00, although point-n-figure trendline resistance lurks at $39.00 which will be breached by a move to $40.
