Breakouts for Dec 8th: The first pick, CNTY, first featured on May 27th, and again on Nov 4th and on Sep 29th as a gold member play. As there is no overhead resistance I have gone with the point-n-figure price objective of $17.25 over the previous price target of $10.00 resistance. The stock currently enjoys strong money flow (click on chart for link showing money flow on daily chart). The last news item on the company was Dec 1st. The second pick, KANA, moved strongly above near term resistance, closing a breakdown gap from July. Technical strength is good, with on-balance-volume at new highs, a rising MACD trigger line and slow stochastics rising above the bullish mid-line with some room to maneuver to overbought conditions. Closest resistance is at $3.50. GTC orders down to $1.80 may be good enough for a fill under current market conditions. The third pick, LNUX, enjoyed the second of two big accumulation days, the most recent coming in the absence of stock related news. The stock has the strongest technical picture of the three breakouts featured here. MACD trigger line and on-balance-volume at new highs with slow stochastics on the verge of overbought conditions. Given today's big leap I would use a series of GTC buy orders from today's close down to $2.55.
