Breakouts for Aug 4th: AVN incehd over resistance on higher volume in the abscence of stock related news. A pullback to $1.92 would provide a lower risk entry as price remains close enough to resistance to still count as resistance. Supply issus remain up to $2.50, but a break of this leaves room for a rally to $3.25. OIS gained as it reported better than expected earnings and raised outlook. The stock left a large breakout gap after a prior attempt at a bearish double top. A retracement into this gap is likeky, and caution is advised as a lower close into this gap would set up a potential bull trap. Cautious buyers are best to wait for a pullback to $16.95 support.
