Breakouts for Aug 31st: The first pick, CRY, surged past resistance in the absence of stock related news. The MACD trigger line has made an impressive run of late, breaking to new 6-month highs. Although, on-balance-volume remains weak. Expect the rally to stall at $6.54, but pullbacks from this level should be considered attractive as the next level of resistance sits at $10.85. Use GTC orders down to $5.75 to catch pullbacks. The second pick, HDWR, featured as a breakout on Aug 24th. The original price target remains, although new highs on rising volume should bring a move beyond the price target. Raise original stop as marked by the rising support line. On-balance volume and MACD have reached new 6-month highs. There was no news to account for todays breakout. The third pick, ENWV, featured as a breakout on Aug 2nd and is still on course to reach its price target. Stops should be raised from the original breakout to the current breakout. There was no stock related news to account for today's move. On-balance volume is very strong and the MACD trigger line continues to improve.
