MACD has yet to confirm the break, so a pullback to closest support ($28.25) would not be surprising. It is a relatively low risk entry here. Trail stops as this is a continuation of a move off $6.00 lows. There is no overhead resistance, so the price objective is based on the high/lows of the base added to the highs. There was no news to account for today's breakout. Second appearance for ISSC on the breakout list, the stock first featured on July 8th. The original price target remains, giving a poor risk:reward return on current valuation but watch volume action for a potential break of $30.00. There is no overhead price resistance. The stock gained on a new $8m contract.
