Breakouts for April 12th: The first pick, EYE, gapped above $47.17 resistance as it benefited from the woes of Bausch and Lomb. It will likely not be all plain sailing for this stock as the MACD bearish divergence dominates, but the breakout in on-balance-volume should help the rally along. The point-n-figure chart shows an ascending triple top breakout from March 6th with a price target of $67. It is the latter target I am using for my price target. The second pick, PRSC, was one of the few point-n-figure chart signal triggers on the day with an ascending triple top breakout. The target of $41 should be readily obtainable, so I have opted for a test of psychological resistance at $50. The huge surge in volume, which drove the resistance breakout in on-balance-volume, was caused by an 1.8 M stock offering priced at $32 a share. For those looking to give the trade a little more room, place stops on a loss of $32. The third pick, is no pick.

For those who prefer to set their own price targets the table opposite represents the frequency for a given % return (taken from maximum highs) assuming a fill at at the stated "Buy" price on the open (i.e. the prior days close).
